Training & Education
We have an environment that values employees. This includes MSHA, OSHA 10-hour, OSHA 30-hour, fall protection, hazard communication, lockout/tagout, personal protective equipment, scaffolding, stairways and ladders, confined spaces, arc flash, fire alarm & NICET certification, fire safety, first aid & CPR, supervisor training, DCJS certification, and career development.
Apprenticeship Training
Apprenticeship training offers the knowledge team members need in order to advance. The more you know, the more you'll succeed. With the proper training team members are provided with the tools to advance and build their futures. Our Apprenticeship Related Training Program is managed by Associated Builders and Contractors and provides participating employers with Advisory Apprenticeship Program Standards. Apprenticeship training is a four-year program and specific eligibility requirements must be met. Apprentices have the choice of attending classes in Dulles or Middletown, Virginia through ABC, Virginia Chapter, or in Hagerstown, MD through the ABC, Cumberland Valley Chapter, and all apprentices will be registered through the state in which they attend classes.
